After a series of roll-up attempts, Kogo goes for a Magistral but the chairman cuts it up. Ruanka separates Mizumori and Seira with lariats. Kogo hits Rinami with a thrust kick and takes her back. The chairman blocks it with an ectoplasm and Rinami goes for a Pink Devil. Kogo can't kick out and Rinami wins
