Starlight Kid, who lost the Wonder of Stardom Championship to Konami and was sidelined due to injury, returns after approximately two months, teaming with AZM as Neo Genesis to face the God's Eye team of Syuri and Tomoka Inaba. The match between Kid and Syuri, who will be participating in New Japan Pro-Wrestling's January 4th Tokyo Dome event as the IWGP Women's Champion, is also attracting attention.
Both teams shake hands, and Kid volunteers to start the match and face off against Syuri. After a struggle for an arm hold, Syuri applies a headlock. Shuri hits AZM with a knee attack, then climbs to the corner where AZM delivers an arm whip, a PK, and a high kick. Shuri counters with a high kick. Shuri and AZM are down. Tomoka applies an ankle lock to Kid. Kid escapes, dodges Tomoka, and hits a 619 and a diving body attack. Tomoka counters, and Kid prepares to throw her. Tomoka endures and delivers a spinning heel kick, and when Kid jumps, Tomoka counters with a roundhouse kick. 10 minutes have passed. Kid retaliates, and Tomoka goes for a brainbuster. Kid dodges the kick and AZM delivers a missile kick, and Kid delivers a fisherman suplex. Tomoka retaliates and heads to the corner. Shuri stops her and lifts her up, and Tomoka delivers a knee strike. She slams her forward and follows up with a buzzsaw kick. It looked like she had the win, but AZM makes the cut. Tomoka stops Kid's charge and lifts her up. Kid counters and delivers a Black Tiger Divine Punishment. Kid retaliates against Tomoka's roll-up attempt with a double knee attack. AZM delivers a diving foot stomp, and Kid drops a moonsault press. Tomoka can't escape and Kid wins.
