Having captured the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship and riding that momentum into the Goddess of Stardom Tag League, Sakura Aya & Kurei Sayaka, who surprisingly won the tournament, are challenging for the Goddess Championship. The champions are H.A.T.E.'s Tora Natsuko & Ruanka. This will be a rematch of the championship game, but Natsuko's team cannot afford to lose two matches in a row. Will they get revenge for the final, or will the challengers achieve a double tag team championship?
The champions take the fight outside the ring after a series of crossbodies. Natsuko brings Sakura back into the ring and delivers a hip drop. Ruanka hits Sakura with a corner body attack. Sakura retaliates with a series of middle kicks. Sakura lands a series of dropkicks. Natsuko and Ruanka attack Sakura in combination. Natsuko hits Sakura with a series of reverse chops, a corner lariat, and a backflip. Kurei interferes with a dropkick, and Sakura lands a middle kick. Kurei charges forward, but Ruika blocks her. Kurei counters and delivers a series of simultaneous dropkicks. Natsuko kicks out, and Kurei applies a sleeper hold to force a submission. Kurei climbs to the corner, and Natsuko delivers a superplex and a shoulder tackle. Kurei attempts a cannonball, but Natsuko blocks it. Kurei goes for a jackknife, but Natsuko reverses it and hits a senton. Natsuko lands a lariat, but it's only a two count. Ruika hits a corner lariat, a shoulder tackle, and a senton. Kurei kicks out, and Ruika hits an elbow. Sakura interferes with a double dropkick, and Kurei hits an elbow drop. 10 minutes have passed. Sakura hits Ruika with a missile kick, a corner knee attack, and a triangle choke. Natsuko grabbed Sakura's hair, preventing her from running. Natsuko and Ruika performed a combined body press. When Sakura kicked out, Ruika locked in a face lock. When Sakura escaped, Kurei delivered a cross body. As Sakura kicked out, Ruika feinted and elbowed her. Kurei delivered a dropkick, then she and Sakura joined forces for a corner attack, followed by a middle kick from Sakura. Natsuko hit them both with a lariat. They tried to trick each other outside the ring, and Kurei and Sakura flew to the outside. Sakura and Kurei combined for a strike, and Sakura applied a triangle choke to Ruika. Ruika tried to lift her up, but Sakura continued to choke her. When Ruika escaped, Sakura hit her with a high kick and a spinning kick. Ruika dodged Ouka Ranman, and Kurei delivered a missile kick, followed by a high kick from Sakura. Natsuko came to break up the match, but her senton was dodged and hit Ruika by mistake. Sakura attempts a diving knee attack. Ryuka counters, and Sakura gets behind her. Ryuka tries to counter again, but Kurei's spear is dodged and hits her by mistake. Natsuko and Ryuka deliver kicks in a sandwich formation. Ryuka hits a neck hanging bomb. Sakura counters, and Natsuko and Ryuka hit a series of fantastic flips. However, Kurei interferes. Natsuko hits Kurei with a Death Valley Driver. Ryuka and Natsuko both attempt diving body presses on Sakura and Kurei, respectively. Ryuka attempts a German suplex and a Daruma German suplex. Sakura counters and tries to roll her up, but Natsuko interferes. Ryuka hits a lariat on Sakura's charge, dodges Sakura's kick, and hits a German suplex and a Daruma German suplex. Sakura is unable to counter and Ryuka wins.
Ruika: "We won! We'll be with this belt next year too, yeah. Hey, Sakura and the others, are you guys frustrated? Of course you are. Ruika has experienced even more frustration than that up until now. The fact that you lost today just means that this is as good as you can get right now. Get even more frustrated and come back up here."
Natsuko and Ruika leave the ring.
Sakura: "It's frustrating! But even though I'm standing in this ring, I really can't say anything back, and right now I can't even stand up on my own! This situation is so frustrating!"
Kurei: "Sakura and the others aren't a tag team that will end here... It's incredibly frustrating, and to be told that this is our current level... Sakura and the others will definitely take the belt from those two!"
Natsuko & Ruanka's comments
Ruanka: "This is our last match of the year. We defended our belts! Hey! Well, Sakura and the others had been having preliminary matches for about a month since the tag league. But, well, well, well, there's no doubt that we saw more fighting spirit from them than ever before. I hope that today will make them feel even more frustrated, and that they'll rise up to where we are."

Sakura & Kurei's comments

Sakura: "We've always wanted to bring back the light to Stardom, to a Stardom where babyfaces can shine again, by winning this match. We've been moving forward with that feeling all along in the league matches... It's so frustrating to lose today and stop here! We absolutely, absolutely want revenge!!"
Kurei: "Since we said we'd bring a new dawn to Stardom and change the landscape, we absolutely won't let it end as just a dream. We will definitely, definitely make it happen. Sakura will absolutely not stop here. It's not over! Don't give up, let's go for it."
Sakura: "Yeah!"
