E neXus V, consisting of Maika and Rian, and Mi Vida Roka, consisting of Suzuki Suzu and Tetsu Akira, were scheduled to face each other in a tag team match, but the card was changed. It became a tag team match between Maika and Rian against Yamashita and Akira. A 10-person tag team match between both units is scheduled for the following day at Korakuen Hall. This is a prelude to the all-out battle.
Maika and Yamashita clash shoulders. Yamashita provokes Maika, who provokes her back. Maika hits a running lariat, Rian counters with a hurricanrana and a hair whip. Maika lands another lariat, but Yamashita kicks out. Maika taunts Yamashita, saying, "Is that all you've got?" Yamashita charges forward and exchanges lariats with Maika. Maika gains the upper hand, but Yamashita forcefully delivers a back drop, and Maika retaliates. Maika attempts a brainbuster, but Yamashita counters and executes it. Akira delivers a dropkick to Yamashita, followed by a Kawazu Otoshi. Maika kicks out, and Akira applies a face lock. However, Rian intervenes. Akira attempts a half hatch suplex on Maika. Maika counters with a powerslam and a reverse Boston crab. Yamashita cuts in and delivers a double thrust kick with Akira, who then executes a half hatch suplex. Yamashita and Akira take a lariat from Maika. Maika charges at Akira but gets a dropkick. Maika delivers a lariat. Akira kicks out, and Maika hits a Michinoku Drive for the three count.
Maika: "Hey Yamashita, hold on a second. You were behind Suzu, and to me, I thought you were a bit underwhelming, but you're pretty interesting. Tomorrow is a match between our two teams, right? Be prepared to lose like you did today, bye-bye. So, come see us at Korakuen Hall tomorrow!"
