Maki Ito, a former member of Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, who announced her joining Stardom at Korakuen Hall the previous day, will be making her Stardom debut. She will team up with Saori Anou to face Sakura Aya and Sayaka Kuri in a tag match. Anou, Sakura, and Kuri are all alumni of Cosmic Angels. What kind of chemistry will Ito create with her joining the team? As the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Champions, Sakura and her team will not want to let Ito take advantage of their strengths. While Ito will likely be the center of attention, Sakura and Kuri's performances will also be worth watching
Ito entered the ring to the same music as she did in her Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling days, and bowed as she faced Anna. When Ito received her call, she volunteered to start, relegating Anna to the bench, and faced off against Kuri. They locked up and fought for the back, and Ito went to the ground. Kuri got on top and repeatedly covered. Ito flipped, applied a headlock, threw her, and applied an armpit hold. When Kuri escaped, Ito said, "Sorry to keep you waiting," and drove her into the corner, landing a series of knuckle punches, but the headbutt was dodged. Sakura and Kuri doubled up, with Kuri applying a camel clutch. Sakura then delivered a middle kick. Kuri delivered a body slam, but Ito returned. Kuri delivered a skewering elbow. Sakura delivered multiple middle kicks to Ito, followed by a soccer ball kick. Kuri delivered multiple elbows and a dropkick. Ito applied a kokeshi-chan. Anna delivered a dropkick to Kuri. Sakura and Kuri combined, but Anou hit a missile kick and a fisherman on Kuri. Kuri dodged Anou and hit a series of dropkicks and a diving elbow attack. Sakura hit Anou with a thrust knee attack and a soccer ball kick. Anou returned the blow and hit Sakura with a big boot. Ito hit a thrust elbow, dropkick, and big boot. Sakura returned the blow and Ito grabbed her kicking leg and applied a reverse crab hold. However, Kuri cut her off. Kuri cut off Ito's charge and Sakura hit a middle kick. Sakura went to the corner, but Anou cut off and hit a fisherman, and Ito hit a DDT. Sakura escaped before transitioning into the reverse crab hold and hit a series of roll-ups. Sakura took her back, but Ito held her off. Ito hit a headbutt, a thrust elbow, and a swinging DDT. 10 minutes passed. Ito aimed for a stunner. Sakura returns, and Ito goes for the Ito Punishment. However, Kuri is able to cut her off in time. Anna calls out to Ito and they try to combine. However, Sakura and Kuri hit dropkicks. Ito gives instructions to Anna, but her stunner is dodged and misses. Anna becomes angry and grabs Ito's hair. Then Kuri hits her with a spear, and Sakura rolls her up, getting the three count and Sakura defeating Ito
Sakura: "Ito-san, welcome to Stardom! I don't think so! Hey, listen carefully. Right now, I'm the strongest and cutest person in the Stardom ring!"
Ito: "You're interesting. What's your name?"
Sakura: "It's Sakura Aya!"
Ito: "Sakura Ayaka. That's great. Would you like to have a singles match with me, Maki Ito? Shall we give it a go?"
Sakura: "Then how about a big match in Osaka on February 7th! And if I win that singles match, you'll never brag about being 'the cutest in the world' in this Stardom ring again!"
Ito: "Let's do it. A song!"
