Kashima hugs Sakura and shakes hands with Yagami. Mizumori dances in the ring to Ito's entrance music, leaving Kurei confused. Ito faces Sakura, holding a homemade belt that looks like it's about to fall apart. Mizumori says, "Cuteness has nothing to do with pro wrestling! Come out, you who aren't moving at all!" and points to Kashima? Kashima reluctantly comes out, and the bell rings. Mizumori warns her, "Move properly." Kashima declares, "Watch out, I'm going to move!" Mizumori throws her into the ropes, but Kashima starts jogging and throws Mizumori into the ropes multiple times, then falls to the ground herself. Mizumori tries to pull away, but Kashima quickly rolls her up. Mizumori yells, "Don't mess with me!" and delivers a series of guillotine chokes. Sakura drops Mizumori, and Mizumori returns the favor with a dropkick. Kurei drops Sakura, applies a camel clutch, and holds her to the ropes, with Mizumori and Ito joining in to help. Kurei covers Sakura. Ito hits Sakura with a running elbow and declares, "Sorry to keep you waiting!" as she shows off the world's cutest knuckles. Kurei then interferes, climbing onto the corner and saying, "Sorry to keep you waiting," before hesitantly saying, "The cutest..." Prompted by Mizumori, she comes down, and Mizumori says, "The cutest tropical..." Ito drops her and declares to Sakura, "I'm going to kill you," but Sakura hits a DDT and a running spinning kick. Ito retaliates, and Sakura hits a series of elbows. Ito fights back, and they exchange elbows. Ito sticks her head out to stop them. Sakura counters with a middle kick, and Ito hits a DDT. Kurei and Yagami dodge each other's dropkicks and exchange elbows. Yagami hits a series of middle kicks, and Kurei attacks with an elbow. Yagami retaliates, and Kurei hits a running dropkick, followed by another dropkick. Dodging Yagami, Kurei takes her back and, with Mizumori's assistance, lands a missile kick. Kurei goes for a spear on Yagami but is dodged, and Sakura and Kashima attack, with Yagami landing a running high kick followed by a knee attack. Kurei counters, and Yagami goes for an armbar. Yagami declares the finish and
She attempts a suplex. Kurei counters with a Tokimeki Cutter. 10 minutes have passed. Kurei prepares for a brainbuster on Yagami. Yagami counters with a Zero Fighter Kick. Kurei dodges the kick and delivers a spear. The referee counts to three, and Kurei defeats Yagami
Sakura: "Hey, Maki Ito! I'm going to become the 'cute of all cute' champion, the strongest and cutest in its long history! So make sure you fix that broken part of yourself properly."
Ito: "Hey, Sakura Aya. Ito has defended this belt hundreds, even thousands of times. This belt isn't easy to win, you know? I'm looking forward to having a title match with you for this belt."
Kurei: "At Korakuen, I was so happy to be able to beat my biggest rival from my generation, Ranna, with a spear."
