In the final match of the midsummer league tournament "Sammy presents STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2026," Rina, representing the Red Stars, won a fierce battle against Starlight Kid, representing the Blue Stars, to claim her first championship title
It was Rinami who made the first move. After slamming her opponent into the commentator's table outside the ring, she mercilessly threw him into the audience. Then, she targeted his right arm and launched a concentrated attack on that spot
Furthermore, Kid launched a concentrated attack on his right leg, starting with a quebrada, but he refused to let the momentum shift with a powerful hip throw. He followed up with a hydrangea and a double knee drop, but was again met with an attack on Kid's right leg, and was unable to seize a decisive opportunity
Even after being hit with the Black Tiger Divine Punishment, he blocked the moonsault press with a kenzan (a type of pincer attack). He immediately followed up with a second double knee drop
Pink♥Devil was stopped by the Canadian Destroyer, but she prevented Kid from landing the Black Tiger Kick. She also kicked out of the Moonsault Press at the count of 2.9, and then caught Kid in the Hydrangea after 15 minutes. However, she couldn't finish off the tenacious Kid
So, this time, she decided to go for Pink♥Devil and launched a missile kick at the staggering Kid
Even after being hit with a top-rope Tiger Driver and a Tiger Suplex Hold, she gets back up, spurred on by the loud "Rinami" chants
He escaped the Black Tiger Kick with a rope break and then blocked the Star Suplex. The match time exceeded 25 minutes
After landing two big boots, she defeated Tiger Lily with Pink♥Devil to win the grueling 27-minute and 3-second battle
At just 19 years old, she became the youngest champion in history. Following Momoko Watanabe last year, a HATE contestant has been crowned the summer queen for the second year in a row
After receiving the crown and cape awarded to the winner, Rinami thanked Kid, saying, "I know I'm annoying no matter what I say, but thank you for today."
She further boasted, "I'm 19 years old, the youngest ever to win! Right now, all I've been thinking about is winning the 5★STAR tournament, so I don't know what the future holds, but I'm going to do something that will surprise you all and make your eyes pop out, so don't take your eyes off me!"
"It's not just Kamiya. I'm going to make Stardom the best organization in the world too, so keep following me and Stardom!" she called out, bringing the midsummer festival to a close
[Rinami's Story]
I won 5★STAR! And I'm the youngest winner in history. Finally, finally. Some people say it's too early, but to me it's finally here. I've missed the top spot for so long, and I think I've finally achieved the biggest and most valuable thing, 5★STAR. If anyone has a problem with it, I'll shut them all up with what I do from now on. As I said on the mic, I put everything on the line for this 5★STAR victory. I don't think it's right to think about what I want next, or what I want to challenge myself with. All the champions and skilled wrestlers are in 5★STAR, isn't that the most valuable thing? So from now on, I think I can say whatever I want. I'm thinking of taking on more and more things that I can still win. My opponent in the final was Kid. We joined the dojo at the same time, we're both 7th generation. Back when we were together in Oedo Tai, when nobody was even paying attention to me, Kid was the only one who mentioned me as a wrestler to watch in the future. It might sound strange to say this now since I don't particularly like it, but the fact that my opponent in the final was Kid is something I find deeply moving, or rather, something I'm glad about. To those who are currently resting on their laurels and mistakenly thinking they're at the top of Stardom: This is reality. I, a 19-year-old, won the championship. That's all there is to it. I'll keep showing you more and more interesting things from now on, so look forward to it.

I wanted to win. I wanted to see what lay beyond that. I've experienced a lot of disappointment up until now, but after 11 years in my career, I finally made it this far, and to lose to my contemporary Rina, who was competing for the second time, is a loss that will stay with me forever. It's really frustrating, but I will definitely go and seize my dream again. Thank you so much to everyone who supported me in the 5★STAR GP.
