Future of Stardom champion Ranna Yagami showcased her skills. In a tag team match, she teamed with Ami Sorei to face STARS' Saya Iida and Matoi Hamabe
After landing a combined elbow drop with Sorei on the beach, he focused his attack on the left arm. He then cornered him with a powerful soccer ball kick
As Sorei and Iida engaged in a fierce chop battle, Yagami also rose to the occasion, landing a middle kick on Iida's muscular armor
After enduring a series of dropkicks, somersault drops, and armbar submissions from Hamabe, he turned the tables with a sandwich attack alongside Sorei. Finally, he defeated Hamabe with a Beat Strike
At the Yokohama Budokan on September 12th, he defeated Tetsu Akira to achieve the milestone of V10. He continues to reign as champion, with his sights set on breaking Rina's record of V12 for the most consecutive title defenses
[A story about Ami Sorei and Ranna Yagami]
Yagami Matoi is currently competing in the Jajyuma Tournament, and I've also been competing in matches in other organizations and in the young wrestlers' league, so I've made a lot of rivals my age, and now I'm able to fight for this belt. It's been incredibly tough, but I think it's been a necessary experience, so I went all out today to send her off with that experience!
I actually participated in the Wild Horse Tournament myself, but I had to drop out midway through due to a knee injury. So I wasn't able to fight to the end, so I really hope Matoi can stay injury-free and fight all the way to the finals and win the championship. Good luck!
[Saya Iida & Matoi Hamabe's story]
Hamabe: I've decided to be a wild horse, and I'm glad that I was able to compete against Ranna, who currently holds the Future title, before the wild horse tournament. I think this will lead to the wild horse tournament, and this year I'm only thinking about winning, advancing to the finals, and becoming champion, so I'll do my best.
Iida: Right now, there's been some trouble with STARS and HATE, so it's a difficult situation, but I want Matoi to focus on herself and concentrate on being a wild horse. We'll work hard to support her, and she doesn't need to think about STARS for now. We're rooting for her.
