The momentum of "Meni☆Mani" is unstoppable. The Ito Respect Army, consisting of Maki Ito, Kian Furusawa, and Rian, defeated Mi Vida Loca's Rina Yamashita, Itsuki Aoki, and Akira Tetsu in a six-person tag team match
At the Korakuen Hall event on October 20th, Furusawa and Rian won the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship for the first time. Inspired by this, Ito, the leader of the group, declared that the three of them would work together to achieve results and aim to officially establish the unit
Ito's trick was on full display again that day. He flattered Yamashita by calling her "cute" and got her to strike a pose, but it was a trap. He immediately brought out the Kokeshi doll, and the whole group attacked her
Even when Yamashita retaliated angrily, they didn't give up the momentum easily. Furusawa and Rian displayed well-coordinated teamwork, such as stomping on each other's feet simultaneously. After a skillful leg attack, Furusawa caught Aoki in an ankle lock
There were moments when Rian was subjected to a fierce attack from the enemy, but her teammates came to her aid at crucial moments. Ito and Furusawa landed stunners simultaneously, and finally Rian pinned Tetsu with a Hanaguruma to secure the three-count
Ito leads the two, ☆Mani, in their quest for the belt. Their unity as a team translates into a victory, taking a step closer to official unit status
Rian: "I'm so happy we were able to win the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship belts. I'm thinking about trying out some new things with Meni☆Mani and I want to do a lot of different things."
Kian Furusawa: "Winning the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship isn't the end for us. We want to get stronger and stronger, defend the title, and continue to improve!"
Maki Ito: "Okay, so I'll do it too. I can't say it here, but... I'm retiring."
Furusawa & Rian: "Huh!?"
Maki Ito: "Just kidding! I won't do it!!
I'm planning to get good results!"
Tetsu Akira: "Many☆Many. The NEW BLOOD Tag Team belts were shining brightly. Congratulations.
But that's precisely why I can't lose. The fact that the two people I'm conscious of have won means that I really want that belt around my waist too. I felt that even more strongly!"
