Yuna Mizumori and Anne Kanaya of "Tropical☆Haisai" clashed ahead of the start of the tag league. The two, who will be competing in "Goddess of Stardom - Tag League," faced off in a singles match at the Korakuen Hall event on the 1st. Before the match, the two got into a scuffle, grabbing each other's hair, and President Taro Okada had to intervene to break them up
The incident began at the Korakuen Hall event on October 27th. High Speed Champion Mizumori urged everyone to step up, saying, "How many months has it been since I joined Cosmic Angels? Four months, I think. The rookies have already beaten me, and now I'm the only one who hasn't won yet."
However, Kanaya retorted, "How can you say something like that? That's enough. I'm not teaming up with Yunamon in the tag league anymore." Following this, a one-on-one match was scheduled for that day
Their emotions clashed even before the tournament began. Mizumori appeared before Kanaya, who was holding a meet-and-greet, and confronted her, saying, "You're holding a meet-and-greet and seem really relaxed, but do you even intend to win?"
Kanaya didn't back down either. "Of course I have it. Don't underestimate me. I'm going to withdraw from the tag league and take that belt from you for sure," he retorted
Mizumori retorted, "You want to peel it off? Go ahead and try. I'm putting everything on the line," and they grabbed each other's hair and wrestled
When President Okada rushed over after being called by the staff, Mizumori demanded that the singles match that day be changed to a High Speed Championship match
However, the president immediately rejected the idea, saying, "No way." "We've already announced a tag team league with your tag team. We can't reconsider the tag team league just because of your selfishness. Talk to me after you win. If you win, I'll consider it," he said sternly
He further advised them, "You two need to express your feelings to each other and focus on doing your best in the tag league," and finally apologized to the assembled crowd for the disturbance, saying, "Sorry for causing such a commotion."
In the singles match that followed, it was Kanaya who made the first move. He bravely landed elbows, followed by a body slam, a dropkick, and a bulldog headlock
Even after being hit by Kumamoto's sliding attack, he prevented the pursuit and retaliated with a slap. He didn't flinch even when he incurred Mizumori's wrath, and while taking a powerful blow, he looked for an opportunity to roll up his opponent and win
Nevertheless, in the end, he succumbed to the champion's power. At the crucial moment, Mizumori landed a direct hit from Kumamoto's unsinkable ship, then removed his supporter and delivered a final blow to secure the three-count victory over Kanaya
Even after the match, Kanaya's emotions hadn't subsided. He swatted away Mizumori's outstretched hand, but Mizumori held him tightly in a hug. Can they transform the conflicted emotions into the strength of their tag team? Tropical☆Haisai heads into the league matches with their hearts still in turmoil
Yuna Mizumori: "I know better than anyone that no matter how hard you try, you just can't win. I was the one who had your debut match, so I think you're amazing. You're a truly incredible wrestler!"
Anne Kanaya: "My contemporaries have already achieved their first victories and are wearing belts, but I'm still stuck at the starting line, and it's so frustrating! I don't want to give up because Yunamon has been by my side and always watching over me! Please watch over me when I get my first victory!"
Yuna Mizumori:"Okay, let's make a big comeback together in the tag league! Tropical☆Haisai!"
