At the "Super Exciting! Real Gift Handover Event,"
Kashima players will see off all attendees at the end of the event. You
will have the opportunity to hand over letters and gifts directly to them!
If you wish to bring a letter or gift, please read the following notes carefully before preparing it.
① Only "letters" or "pre-made items (packaging that does not allow the contents to be seen)" will be accepted as gifts. ②
Please note that the following gifts will not be accepted:
・Food (pre-made and homemade, all are not allowed)
・Stuffed animals ・
Items that are too large to fit in one hand
・Expensive brand-name items
・Dangerous items
・Other items that violate public order and morals
*Please note that handshakes and high-fives will not be permitted when handing over gifts.

"Super Rare! Anything Goes Autograph Session"
A special autograph session will be held where we will sign personal items that customers bring with them!
Customers who wish to participate in the autograph session should purchase a participation ticket (¥2,000) at the merchandise booth on the day of the event.
Customers who forget their personal items or do not have any personal items they would like signed will be given an autograph board.
Please note that we cannot sign items that fall under the following categories, so please read the following carefully before participating.
If you bring any of the following items, we will sign an autograph board provided by the organizers, so please be aware of this.
- Items that are too small
- Body parts (arms, faces, etc., hygiene items such as underwear)
- Clothing that is currently being worn (T-shirts brought by customers are OK)
- Other items that violate public order and morals
*We will always write the recipient's name when signing. Please fill in the recipient's name form that will be distributed on the day of the event before participating.
*Only one participation ticket can be purchased per person.

[Prohibited items and requests when visiting]

・Video Recording Prohibited
Video recording is strictly prohibited during the event . Please note that creating animated GIFs from photos taken in burst mode is also prohibited. If you are found to be recording video, your camera, mobile device, etc. will be confiscated until the end of the press conference, and will be returned to you after the memory has been erased in your presence.

Please refrain from actions that disrupt the event, such as touching players during entry/exit or while the event is in progress, or hurling insults

*If you do not listen to the staff's warnings, you may be asked to leave. Please note that in such cases we will not guarantee a refund of admission fees.

Regarding congratulatory flower stands:
At the request of Kashima players themselves, we will not be accepting any flower stands at this event.
We sincerely apologize, but even if you send them, we will not be able to accept them

[Regarding visits from individuals suspected of having an infectious virus]
Please refrain from visiting if you have any of the following symptoms:
・Fever exceeding 37.5℃
・Cold symptoms such as cough and sore throat
・Lethargy (fatigue) and shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
・Abnormalities in sense of smell or taste
・Even if you enter the building, if symptoms such as a persistent cough are observed, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of our staff.
