女優を目指して滋賀県から上京し、舞台などで活躍したのち、2015年にアクトレスガールズでデビュー。その後は同団体のエース格となり、2018年11月15日の後楽園ホール大会で初代AGW王者に君臨。同団体を2019年12月に退団すると、フリーとしてOZアカデミーやアイスリボンで活躍。2023年4月2日の後楽園ホール大会でKAIRIに呼び込まれ、6年ぶりにスターダムに登場。同年12月29日、両国国技館大会でMIRAIを下しワンダー王座を初戴冠した。2025年5月、なつぽいと共にデビュー10周年記念興行を開催。
