EXILEサポートダンサーやバイトAKBを経て2019年8月にデビュー。新人王に輝くと、21年にはシンデレラ・トーナメントを制覇し、年末にワンダー王座を初戴冠。歴代最多となるV15を樹立した。24年7月のH.A.T.E.加入後は〝Phenex Queen〟として覚醒。他団体王座奪取から、同年12月にワールド王座を奪取した。25年4月には「敗者引退マッチ」で中野たむを引退に追い込むと、地上派バラエティ番組への出演を機に大ブレーク。同年度の「プロレス大賞」では女子初となるMVPと女子プロレス大賞の同時受賞を果たした。
