Autograph session exclusive portraits: ¥2,000 each (tax included)
Sales Hours:5:30 pm to 30 minutes before the end of the event.
*The limited edition portraits for the autograph session are eligible for autographs during the autograph session.
*An autograph session ticket is required for purchase.
*There will be no pre-sale of merchandise before 5:30 pm. You can purchase items after the venue opens.
◇Rules for Participating in the Autograph Session
①Even if you are in line at the end time,
the event will end without extension, so please understand.In
that case, we will not refund any autograph session eligible products you have purchased.②Bringing in
products purchased before the event date is strictly prohibited.
※Portraits with the same design as the autograph session eligible products that were sold before the event date are also prohibited, just like other products.The
only autograph session eligible product is the "Autograph Session Limited Portrait, ¥2,000 each (tax included)" sold at the Okinawa Convention Center.Sales
of autograph session eligible portraits are scheduled to end 30 minutes before the end of the event.③You
can exchange the "exchange ticket" attached to your admission ticket for one autograph session eligible portrait of your choice.Please be
sure to bring it with you on the day of the event.Please note that we cannot reissue tickets if they are lost.④There
is a time limit for the autograph session.In order to ensure fair and proper operation for all attendees,
we will limit the number of eligible products brought to the same player to 6 per person (including visitor benefits)
, and you will not be allowed to rejoin the line.
However, depending on the number of participants in the autograph session, we may change the autograph session time or relax the limit on the number of items that can be signed.
⑤ For portrait items, the player depicted on the portrait will sign them.
⑥ We will distribute a form on the day of the event for you to write the name to be included on the signed item to the player.
If you do not present the form, we will not be able to write the name.
*Wearing a mask at this event is optional for customers. The same applies to staff, so please understand.
*Please refrain from shaking hands, touching, or talking to the players.
We also refuse all photography, including two-shots and one-shots.
*Please refrain from sitting down and talking to the players, or having long conversations.
*Please note that we cannot accept gifts for the players on the day of the event.
*We may conduct baggage checks upon entry.
