This is an official league match between Neo Genesis and HATE. Neo Genesis consists of Starlight Kid, Seira Mei, AZM, Suzuki Suzu, and Amasaki Mitsuyoshi, while H.A.T.E. consists of Kamitani Saya, Tora Natsuko, Watanabe Momo, Ruanka, Rina, Inaba Azusa, and Fukigen★. At the Matsuyama tournament the previous day, Neo Genesis and Kozuen drew, with both teams earning 3 points. This is H.A.T.E.'s first match.
In the first fall, Amasaki and Fukigen start. Fukigen tries to get past Amasaki, but Amasaki attacks while he is posing. Amasaki rolls up and charges, but Momo interferes. Momo kicks Amasaki with a soccer ball kick. Amasaki retaliates, and Momo follows up with a series of hair whips. Amasaki lands a DDT, and Suzuki delivers a corner elbow. They manage to separate Fukigen and Momo by dodging their clotheslines. Momo drops a dropkick on Kid. Rina hits Kid with a big boot and a dropkick. Kid withstands Rina's big boot and delivers an elbow. Momo interferes with Kid's charge and slams him down, then Fukigen hits a senton, and Rina hits a diving double knee drop. Kid counters Rina's Pink Devil, and Amasaki and Suzuki hit consecutive corner elbows, followed by a corner dropkick from Neo Gene. Kid does a spinning diving body press. Kid gets into a Tiger Suplex stance on Rina. Rina counters, and Fukigen hits her with a sports newspaper, and Rina hits the Pink Devil. Rina tries for another one, but Kid withstands it and tags in Suzuki. Suzuki holds Kid and Kid dashes, but his leg is pulled. Rina tries to roll up, but Suzuki counters and rolls her up for the three count.
In the second fall, Azusa hits Amasaki with a soccer ball kick. Azusa and Tensaki exchange mounted punches. Tensaki dodges Azusa's kick and delivers a dropkick. Azusa dodges Tensaki's attempt at a swinging DDT and sends her out of the ring. H.A.T.E. and NeoGen take on NeoGen outside the ring. Azusa brings Tensaki back into the ring and pins her. Tensaki kicks out, and Azusa delivers a body slam. Ruanka hits Tensaki with a shoulder tackle and a series of elbows. Tensaki hits a DDT. AZM and Seira hit Ruanka with a double dropkick. Natsuko hits both of them with a lariat. Natsuko and Ruanka attempt a tag team move, but AZM and Seira deliver a dropkick from the apron, and another dropkick inside the ring. AZM puts Ruanka in an armbar. Ruanka resists the attempted brainbuster and counters with a cross body and a face lock. AZM and Tensaki deliver a combined DDT to Ruanka. Natsuko hits AZM with a lariat, Azusa with a double kick, and Ryuka with a cross body. Ryuka goes for a freezer bomb but AZM dodges and hits a buzzsaw kick, and Ryuka counters with a lariat. AZM kicks out and Ryuka goes for a fisherman suplex. AZM counters and hits an Azumi Sushi. Ryuka reverses but AZM kicks out. Ryuka hits a lariat, AZM kicks out and Ryuka declares she's going for the finish and goes for a neck hanging bomb. Seira hits a dropkick and AZM goes for an Azumi Sushi but it's broken up. AZM hits a diving foot stomp. Ryuka kicks out and AZM goes for a Canadian Destroyer. Momo cuts her off with a bat and H.A.T.E. interferes with a corner attack, Ryuka hits a neck hanging bomb, Natsuko hits a swanton, and Ryuka hits a freezer bomb for the three count.
In the third round, H.A.T.E. launched a surprise attack before the bell, isolating AZM and delivering a spinning kick with Momo and Kamitani, followed by a Northern Lights suplex from Rina. When AZM countered, Rina went for the Pink Devil. AZM countered with a spear from Suzuki and a dropkick from Kid. Rina slammed Kid backwards and Kamitani and Kid delivered clotheslines. Kid dodged and they both hit a hurricanrana, then a standing moonsault. Rina countered with a hip throw. Momo hit Kid with a PK and a running dropkick. Momo resisted Kid's attempt at a fisherman suplex and countered with a middle kick, then Kid hit a fisherman suplex. Momo dodged Kid's charge and delivered a Soumatou. Kid countered with a superplex arm whip. Momo countered with a high kick, and Kid jumped in for a DDT. Suzuki and Kamitani entered the ring. Suzuki dodged Kamitani's kicks in succession and stuck out her tongue. Kamiya attacks with a barrage of mounted punches. Momo hits Suzuki with a middle kick, and Kamiya and Rian team up with big boots, with Kamiya slamming Suzuki backwards. Suzuki retaliates, and AZM hits a Numero No, Suzuki takes her back and combines with Kid's neckbreaker. Kid and AZM team up with high kicks, and Kid dives to the outside. Suzuki stops Kamiya's charge and hits a German suplex. Kamiya rolls up the second one. Suzuki hits a buzzsaw kick. Kamiya hits a Frankensteiner from behind. She holds her down but Suzuki kicks out. Kamiya attempts a double kick, but Suzuki dodges it and hits a Tequila Shot for the three count.
Suzuki: "(To Kamiya) How are you feeling? Do you understand? Suzuki Suzu can beat Kamiya Saya even without weapons. Are you frustrated?"
Kamiya attacks.
Kamitani: "Seriously, you need to stop messing around!" Rina:
"Hey, Starlight Kid. Anno Saori isn't the only one watching you! If you underestimate me, you're in for a rude awakening. Be prepared!"
Suzuki: "You guys are so entertaining. Do you understand? The Kamitani Saya I've been looking for. No more fooling around. You heard that, didn't you? That hurt. February 2nd is going to be an exciting day. I'm going to take you down from your throne as the Queen of Evil and make you the number one good person. I have to wrap this up. Isn't the unit league tournament incredibly fun? 7 points? Lucky seven! Take the red belt, and make sure the white belts are properly defended, as well as High Speed and Future of Stardom, and I hope AZM gets a good belt too! If you win, you'll get a chance to challenge for something. So, everyone in Osaka, please look forward to what Neo Genesis has in store!"
Suzuki: "Hey, did you see H.A.T.E.? Is that all you've got? You have the Red Champion and you're the most numerous unit. I was shocked when you came up to the ring today, there were way too many of you. You don't need that many. Well, even if you have a lot of people and use fouls, the point is you guys can't beat Neo Genesis."
Kid: "That's true."
Suzuki: "It's getting exciting now."
Kid: "7 out of 100. Our league matches ended today, but it all depends on tomorrow's results for the other units. But I think we can do it."
Suzuki: "We can do it."
Kid: "We can do it, with what we have
Suzuki: "Wow, you're strong. You've even won belts as a unit."
Kid: "Two things. Today I was really impressed by Rina." I could feel your awareness, Saori yesterday and Rina today, I'm really happy that you're aware of me, but I don't know if you're aware of me, or of this belt, or both, but whatever the case may be, I'm definitely aware of both of you, so if it comes down to a singles match with me... I'm thinking about it that much, so whoever comes first is welcome. That's about it, on a personal note."
Suzuki: "That's fine."
Amasaki: "I've also been matched against Inaba Azusa. It's scheduled for January 25th in Takadanobaba, so today was the last preliminary match."
