Neo Genesis' Starlight Kid, AZM, and Amasaki Mitsuyoshi will be defending their Artist of Stardom Championship for the first time. Their challengers are Lady C, Inaba Tomoka, and Yagami Ranna, the God's Eye duo who defeated AZM to announce their claim. Lady, not relying on Akari or Kashima Saki, has chosen to take the lead, demonstrating her determination to capture the belt. Will her feelings be heard? Former Queen's Quest wrestlers AZM and Amasaki Mitsuyoshi, a title match against Lady is something they're eager to see. For Amasaki, this is a rematch after losing the Future of Stardom Championship to former QQ wrestler Hinana.
Lady embraces her partner, announces herself as the starter, and faces off against AZM. Right at the start, Lady lands a series of elbows, dodging AZM and engaging in a staring contest. As AZM charges with a kick, Yagami and Tomoka intervene and deliver a triple dropkick. She attempted a giant swing, but AZM dodged it, drove her into the ropes, and stomped on her. Kid hit a diving body attack on Yagami and a standing moonsault press. However, Yagami doesn't let him and hits a Zero Fighter Kick. Tomoka hits Kid with a double kick. Kid dodges the second kick and hits a dropkick. He hits a standing moonsault on Tomoka's right leg. Tomoka counters Kid's stretch muffler. Kid counters and goes for the stretch muffler, but Tomoka escapes. Kid dodges Tomoka's high kick, and Neo Gene combines with a fisherman. Kid attempts a spinning diving body press, but Tomoka dodges and charges forward. Kid grabs the kicking leg and hits a dragon screw followed by a stretch muffler. Tomoka breaks free, catches Kid's charge, knees him in the face, and applies a facelock. 10 minutes pass, but Neo Gene cuts it off. Tomoka shouts, "I'm going to finish you off!" and hits a facebuster. However, Kid's shoulders rise. Tomoka hits a kill with one hit! Tomoka goes for a kick, but Kid hits an elbow and a dropkick. AZM and Lady exchange kicks, then Lady catches a crossbody and hits a 15-spin giant swing. Lady charges at AZM, but dodges and is hit with a thrust attack from Neo Gene. Kid catches Lady and AZM hits a missile kick. When Lady returns, AZM applies an armpit hold. When Lady counters, AZM jumps on her. Lady stops her and Yagami and Tomoka pincer her with kicks. When AZM returns, Lady takes her back. AZM holds on and hits a thrust kick. Kid does a dropkick, Amazaki does a swinging DDT, and AZM goes for a diving foot stamp, but God's Eye successfully cuts her off. 15 minutes have passed. AZM goes for a buzzsaw, but Lady dodges it. However, AZM grabs her arm and applies a chokehold. AZM shouts, "That's it!" and Buzzsaw gets a one count. Lady counters with a big boot, but she goes down as well. AZM was the first to stand and charged forward. Lady stopped her and went for a chokeslam. However, Amazaki cut her off. From the scramble, Lady prevented Kid from flying off the ropes and hit a high-angle chokeslam. Lady hit a running big boot on AZM, then put her in the corner and went for a chokeslam. AZM rolled her up, but Lady fought back. AZM went for Azumi Sushi, but Lady ended up on top. AZM countered just in time, and then kicked away from Lady's lariat. Tomoka assisted, and Lady covered. However, AZM countered. Lady lifted AZM up and got into a Canadian position. AZM hit Numero Uno, but Yagami cut her off. Amazaki sent Yagami out of the ring and went for a plancha, but AZM tightened her grip on her arm, preventing Lady from escaping and taking her to the center. After further tightening the grip, Lady finally gave up, giving AZM the win.
AZM: "Hey, God's Eye, wait a minute. Lady, did you hear the cheers for Lady during the match? Hey, everyone was rooting for Lady. Hey! (To Lady calls) Well, it was AZM-senpai who won today!
