Neo Genesis' Starlight Kid, AZM, and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki are making their first defense of the Artist of Stardom Championship. Their challengers are God's Eye, Lady C, Tomoka Inaba, and Ranna Yagami, who defeated AZM to claim the title. Lady C has shown her determination to win the belt by taking on the leadership role herself, without relying on Syuri or Saki Kashima. Will her determination be realized? For former Queen's Quest members AZM and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki, a title match against Lady C is something they have been looking forward to. For Amasaki, this is also a title match to make a comeback after losing the Future of Stardom Championship to former Queen's Quest member Hinami.
Lady C embraces her partner and declares that she will be the first to enter the ring, facing off against AZM. He then lands a PK but only gets a two count. Yagami grabs Amasaki's neck, but Amasaki counters with a DDT. Kid delivers a diving body attack to Yagami, followed by a standing moonsault press. However, Yagami prevented it with a Zero Fighter Kick. Tomoka delivered a double kick to Kid. Kid dodged the second one and delivered a dropkick. She then launched a standing moonsault to Tomoka's right leg. Tomoka countered Kid's stretch muffler. Kid countered again and went for a stretch muffler, but allowed an escape. Kid dodged Tomoka's high kick and Neo Gene launched a coordinated attack, with Kid delivering a fisherman suplex. Kid also attempted a spinning diving body press, but Tomoka dodged it and charged forward. Kid grabbed the kicking leg and delivered a dragon screw followed by a stretch muffler. Tomoka broke free, caught Kid's charge, and delivered a knee to the face, then a face lock. 10 minutes had passed. However, Neo Gene made a break. Tomoka shouted, "I'm going to finish this!" and delivered a facebuster. However, Kid's shoulder rose. Tomoka's one-hit knockout! Tomoka aimed for a kick, but Kid responded with an elbow and a dropkick. AZM and Lady exchange kicks, and Lady catches AZM's crossbody, performing a 15-rotation giant swing. Lady charges at AZM but is dodged and hit with a corner attack by NeoGen. Kid grabs Lady and AZM delivers a missile kick. Lady retaliates, and AZM applies an armbar. Lady counters, and AZM jumps on her. Lady stops her, and Yagami and Tomoka deliver a kick from both sides. AZM retaliates, and Lady takes her back. AZM endures and delivers a thrust kick. Kid delivers a dropkick, Tensaki a swinging DDT, and AZM a diving foot stomp, but God's Eye successfully breaks it up. 15 minutes have passed. AZM goes for a buzzsaw but Lady dodges. However, AZM grabs Lady's arm and applies a chokehold. AZM shouts "It's over!" and the buzzsaw is counted to one. Lady counters with a big boot, but goes down herself. AZM gets up first and charges forward. Lady stops her and delivers a chokeslam. However, Tensaki interferes. In the ensuing scramble, Lady prevents Kid from jumping off the ropes and delivers a high-angle chokeslam. Lady hits AZM with a running big boot and tries to deliver a chokeslam while she's on the corner. AZM rolls her up but Lady kicks out. AZM does the Azumi Sushi but Lady gets on top. AZM kicks out at the last moment and kicks up Lady's lariat. With an assist from Tomoka, Lady goes for the cover. But AZM kicks out. Lady pulls AZM up and gets into the Canadian position. AZM hits the Numero Uno, but Yagami interferes. Tensaki sends Yagami out of the ring and does a plancha, AZM tightens her grip on Lady's arm and takes her to the center of the ring, preventing her from escaping. She tightens the grip even more and Lady finally gives up, giving AZM the victory.
AZM: "Hey, God's Eye, hold on a second. Lady, did you hear the cheers for you during the match? Everyone was cheering for you, Lady. Right? (In response to the Lady chants) Well, AZM-senpai won today! It's frustrating that we were originally teammates and couldn't grow together, but Lady, you're cool.
