The second round of the Cinderella Tournament features Hanan and Amasaki Mitsuyoshi. Hanan defeated Inaba Tomoka, and Amasaki defeated Lady C to advance to the second round. This is a one-on-one match between Hanan, the Goddess of Stardom Champion aiming for her second consecutive victory, and Amasaki, the former Future of Stardom Champion and current Artist of Stardom Champion. A match that could easily be the final clashes in the second round. The winner will take a big step towards winning the tournament
Tensaki extends her hand, and when Hanan accepts, Tensaki pulls her hand back and attempts a throw. Hanan counters, and Tensaki drives her into the ropes and sends her to the apron. Hanan returns and counters with a dropkick, followed by a knee attack from behind. Hanan delivers a body slam and a sleeper hold. Tensaki escapes and throws an elbow, and Hanan taunts her with "Come on, come on, come on!" and accepts the attack. Tensaki attempts a DDT, but Hanan prevents a second one. However, Tensaki lands a DDT. Tensaki is countered and goes for a submission. Hanan escapes, and stops Tensaki's attempt at a swinging DDT, delivering a hip throw and a running elbow smash. Tensaki counters, and Hanan attempts a blockbuster. Tensaki counters, but Hanan anticipates and throws an elbow, Tensaki is not thrown into the ropes and lands a swinging DDT, and Hanan slams Tensaki onto the mat, leaving both down. Tensaki delivers a back elbow and a fisherman suplex. When Hanan retaliated, Amasaki declared she was going for the finish and prepared for a DDT. Hanan countered with a Blockbuster. Hanan, having been countered, shouted "Here I go!" and went for a back drop. Amasaki countered and pulled the ropes. Hanan stepped onto the apron and received a dropkick and a DDT. Hanan grabbed the ropes and returned to the ring, then rolled her up for a Famouser. Declaring she was going for the finish, Hanan went for a back drop. Amasaki rolled her up but only got a two count. Hanan landed a back drop, and then another. She held on for the three count. Hanan advanced to the semi-finals
