The second round of the Cinderella tournament between Kurei Saya and Yagami Ranna was a one-on-one battle between two people who debuted on the same day. In the first round the previous day, Kurei defeated Ryuuhana and Yagami defeated Tetsu Akira and advanced to the second round. Those who win a match between rivals will advance to the semi-finals.
Yagami kicks low after glaring at each other. Yagami tightens the headlock from the lock up. When Kurei tried to turn the ball, Yagami kicked from an arm whip, a middle kick, a continuous stomping, and then pushed him onto the rope and stomped him in the face. Yagami hits Kurei with a series of middle kicks. When it triggers, Yagami skewers a high kick and drop kick. When Kurei responded, Yagami provoked him, "Come." Kurei hits elbows and heads towards him. Yagami fought back and charges in, and Kurei jumps and gets into a sleeper. When Yagami escapes, Kurei holds it from the neckbreaker. Yagami responds and Kurei kicks a missile from the corner. Yagami stood up and gave him a high kick. Both are down. He stood up at 8 count and elbowed. Kurei hits repeatedly and dashes, and Yagami stops and crosses his arms. When Kurei escapes, Yagami kicks to the left arm and knee. "We're still there!" shouting, taking his neck and slamming him against the mat. 10 minutes have passed. Yagami kicks off a zero match after a knee hit. Kurei dodged and rolled it up. Yagami responded at the very last minute and kicked the Zero fighter. Kurei responds and Yagami kicks a triangle. Kurei dodged and excited spear. Yagami lifts his shoulders just before the end, and Kurei scores a thrilling cutter. "Not yet!" Falcon Arrow screamed. Yagami couldn't respond and Kurei advanced to the semi-finals.
Kurei: "Ranna and Ranna won! For the first time, I've taken a 3 count from you. Since I've won this much, I definitely want to win the Cinderella Tournament, and I want to fight again and again. I won today, but let's fight together again."
When Kurei asked for a handshake, Yagami grabbed his hand and elbowed him, pushing Yagami away, and headed down the ring.
Kurei: "And we've won from Ranna and decided on all the top four Cinderella tournaments. Please come out and everyone who could fight me."
Hannan, Rinan, Azusa to the ring
Hanami: "All of these four will become Cinderella, so I can only see the victory as I have come this far, so no matter who I fight against, I will definitely win."
