Cosmic Angels, consisting of Tam Nakano and Saori Anno, clashed with H.A.T.E., consisting of Saya Kamitani and Azusa Inaba, in a tag team match. This match served as a preliminary bout for Kamitani and Nakano ahead of their World of Stardom Championship match and loser-retirement match at Yokohama Arena on April 27th. Furthermore, Nakano and Anno are scheduled to face off in a singles match against fellow Cosmic Angels members at Korakuen Hall on April 2nd.
After Anno's introduction, Kamitani attacked Nakano as she was being called. Kamitani then tormented Nakano outside the ring. Azusa brought Anno into the ring and stomped on her repeatedly, stepping on her face. Kamitani and Azusa then stomped on Anno's face from two directions. Kamitani put Anno in a face lock, and Azusa joined in, pinning her against the ropes and attacking her. Kamitani then covered her with one leg. Azusa gives Anno a hair whip, then hooks her left leg into the corner and applies a submission hold, followed by a series of stomps and knee drops. Azusa locks Anno's leg, and when Anno escapes, Azusa taunts her, "Fight back, you old hag!" Azusa leaps in and applies a kneebar. Anno escapes, but Azusa taunts her, "Is that all you've got?" and stomps on her face. Anno dodges a corner attack and slams Azusa with a fisherman suplex. Nakano enters and delivers a diving body attack. Azusa counters, dodges the charge, and Kamitani joins in. Nakano delivers elbow attacks to both of them, then a DDT to both. Azusa throws a thrust kick and passes to Kamitani. Kamitani attempts a swan dive, but Nakano dodges and charges, with Kamitani and Nakano dodging each other. Kamitani's knee kick connects, and she throws Nakano backwards. Kamitani goes for a Kamigoye. Nakano grabs her and goes for a German suplex. However, Azusa makes a cut. Nakano climbs onto the corner, but Kamitani gets up and delivers a series of elbows, followed by a top-rope Frankensteiner. Nakano charges forward but is hit with a double kick. However, Nakano counters with a spin kick. Both are down, and Anno tags in and delivers a missile kick, followed by a spin kick from Kamitani. Azusa delivers a double kick. Anno retaliates with a double wrist arm drag and a Gokuraku hold. However, Kamitani makes a cut. Azusa delivers a soccer ball kick to Anno. Kamitani and Azusa hit a double kick from both sides, followed by a Northern Lights suplex from Azusa. Anno retaliates, and Azusa takes her back. Anno endures, but Azusa delivers a series of middle kicks and a kneebar. 10 minutes have passed. Anno escapes, and Azusa delivers a double kick. Anno delivers a neckbreaker, Nakano delivers a high kick, and Anno delivers a Northern Lights suplex. Azusa retaliates, and Anno prepares for a German suplex. Kamitani cuts in with an elbow, and Azusa delivers a back drop. However, Nakano successfully cuts her off. Kamitani sends Nakano out of the ring with a counter dropkick and performs a swan dive plancha. Anno is brought back in, and Azusa applies a neckbreaker. She turns into an S-type, but Anno counters. Anno dodges Anecho and delivers a German suplex. Azusa delivers a high kick to Anno in the corner, slamming her onto the mat. Anno kicks back, and Azusa charges in with a counter big boot, and Anno lands a palm strike. Anno dodges a high kick and exchanges high kicks with Nakano, and Anno pins Azusa with a special pottering.
Anno: "Tam, we have five days until we face each other (in a singles match). Seven years ago, we promised to meet at the top, but I wonder where the top is?"
Nakano: "The top? Tam knows. At Korakuen Hall on April 2nd, Nakano Tam will get her first win against Anno Saori and tell you. See you then."
Kamiya and Azusa pounce.
Kamiya: "The top, huh? Saya-sama knows too. The top is basically hell! Enjoy making some memories before you retire."
Kamiya, you like Tam a little too much. "So Tam-chan, the usual request."
Nakano: "...Ladies and gentlemen, may I have attention please, welcome aboard, Cosmic Angels! Let me introduce today's crew. Kurei! Sakura! Yunamon! Natsupoi, who will be returning soon! Saori! Tam, the cutest in the universe! We are the best, we are super delicious, we are number one, both us and you are delicious, mmmmmm!"
Nakano: "How long has it been?"
Anno: "Seven years?"
Nakano: "A singles match?"
Anno: "A singles match.
" Nakano:
