H.A.T.E.'s Tora Natsuko & Ruanka, who snatched the belts from STARS' Hanan & Iida Saya, will defend them for the first time against God's Eye's Reiwa Tokyo Towers, Sorei Ami & Lady C. Sorei & Lady pinned Natsuko directly in a six-person tag team match at Korakuen Hall on September 27th, and after the match they challenged Goddess for the title, securing their first challenge as a team. Two days later in Tsugaru, Natsuko got her revenge on Lady, but the real showdown is this match for the belts. Natsuko won the Korakuen Hall match where she captured the title, but how will she fare this time? Who will be declared the winner in this clash of weight and height?
Natsuko and Lady face off at the start. After a test of strength in a lock-up, Natsuko tries to drop but Lady hits her and delivers a big boot, Natsuko dodges and slams her down and delivers a senton. Ryuka and Sorei enter the ring and clash shoulders. They grab each other's hair, and Ryuka orders Sorei to run, to which Sorei replies, "I'll run!" and delivers a shoulder tackle. However, Ryuka pulls Sorei's leg from under the ring, taking him outside. The seconds also fight at ringside. Ryuka brings Sorei back in, but quickly sends him outside again, and the fight continues outside the ring. Sorei is brought back in and Ryuka goes for the cover. Sorei kicks out, and Ryuka provokes him with a series of open-hand slaps. Natsuko delivers a shoulder tackle to Sorei, followed by a body press. Sorei retaliates with a series of reverse chops, and Natsuko provokes her and accepts the challenge. Natsuko charges in and returns the favor with a series of reverse chops and a double chop. Sorei counters with a double chop. Lady delivers a series of big boots and a knee drop to Natsuko. Natsuko kicks out, and Lady applies a ground卍 lock. However, Ryuka breaks it up and joins forces with Natsuko. Then Lady applies a cobra twist to both of them. Lady corners Natsuko and hits her with a running big boot. Natsuko anticipates her second attempt and hits her with a crossbody, then a senton saying, "Don't underestimate me!" Ryuka hits Lady with a crossbody and a face lock. Sorei tries to break up the hold but Natsuko sends her out of the ring. Lady wins the shoulder exchange and hits a neckbreaker. Ryuka kicks out and Lady goes for a chokeslam. Ryuka endures and hits a lariat. Lady and Sorei slam her onto the mat and Lady hits her with a big boot. Sorei hits Ryuka with a running body attack. Natsuko and Ryuka hit a double shoulder tackle and a combined body press. However, Sorei manages to kick out. Ryuka tries a fisherman suplex but Sorei endures and prevents her feint. Ryuka feints as Sorei charges and hits her with a DDT. 10 minutes have passed. Natsuko delivers a magnificent senton. Sorei retaliates, and the two clash shoulders. Natsuko tries to dodge but is hit with a shoulder tackle by Sorei. Sorei charges in with a spear, but Natsuko dodges and delivers lariats to both her and Ruanka in quick succession. Natsuko climbs to the corner, but Lady interferes, and Sorei delivers a superplex. Lady kicks Sorei, who then hits a lariat. Natsuko retaliates, and Sorei pulls her up and prepares for a brainbuster. Natsuko attempts an elbow smash, which is dodged, but the second one connects. Ruanka delivers a cross body, and Natsuko hits a cannonball in the corner. However, Sorei manages to counter it. Natsuko looks displeased by the Ami chants. She jumps with a diving body press. Ruanka sends Lady, who tried to interfere, out of the ring. Natsuko climbs to the corner, but Lady knocks her down with a big boot. The challengers initiate the fight outside the ring. Lady slams Natsuko into the audience. Sorei climbs onto the corner and performs a plancha. Lady returns and delivers a chokeslam to the fallen Natsuko, followed by a lariat from Sorei. 15 minutes have passed. Natsuko kicks out, and Sorei goes for the Lightning Boom. Natsuko resists and grabs a chair. Sorei snatches it but throws it away and delivers a brainbuster. Sorei slams Natsuko with the Blue Thunder, but Ryuka breaks it up. Lady grabs Ryuka and Sorei grabs Natsuko, but they are hit with a mist attack, and Natsuko delivers a lariat to Sorei. Natsuko hits Sorei with the Death Valley Driver. Natsuko is confident of victory, but the referee counts to two. With Sorei down, Natsuko declares her finish and delivers a Swanton Bomb. However, Sorei dodges and delivers a Blue Thunder. Natsuko kicks out, and Ryuka teams up with Natsuko. Sorei countered and delivered a lariat to both of them. Sorei pulled Natsuko up and aimed for the Lightning. Natsuko hit her repeatedly with a chair. Rina pulled the referee closer. Natsuko delivered a Death Valley Driver followed by a Swanton Bomb. The three count came, and Natsuko defeated Sorei.
Natsuko: "Hey, Sorei. You tried using a chair to challenge us, and today you were using your head and talking about going outside the ring. But more importantly, this is your first title challenge since your return, right? What did you think of Stardom that you watched while you were out? You probably thought, 'We got beaten, they're strong, we were humiliated.' I was thinking of saying all sorts of unpleasant things today, you guys, Reiwa Tokyo Towers? Each of you is strong. But with tag team belts, it's unbalanced if each of you is strong!"
Sorei is saying that Ruanka is weak...
Natsuko: "That's not it, that's not it. You guys are stupid! It's not enough to just be strong, you idiots! Don't make me say it. Do you have any idea how many times we've shed tears of frustration for this belt? We're not going to give it up so easily. But if you guys want to challenge us again, we'll accept anytime. Sorei and Lady leave the ring.

Natsuko: "Ryuuka, you speak up too."
Ryuuka: "People who keep breaking up and reforming can't win this belt. That's what I mean!"
Mi Vida Roka's Itsuki Aoki and Rina Yamashita enter the ring.
Aoki: "Hey Champion, congratulations on defending your title! Well, let me tell you something, what do you think of me and Yamashita Rina as Mi Vida Roka!? Mi Vida Roka is overwhelmingly getting the crowd going, but we didn't come here just to make a fuss! I think it's about time, let us challenge for those belts!"
Natsuko: "Sure. I've always wanted to do it, but a lot has happened and I haven't had time to deal with you guys, but I'll do it. I was about to wrap things up and go home. I'm getting paid overtime now."
Aoki: "President, please. President, please."
Natsuko: "I'll make sure you pay me back for that overtime in the match. When are we doing it?"
Aoki: "Alright. When should we do it? When do you think would be a good time? We'll announce the date of that tag team belt challenge. You guys better wait. Champion, get ready, you idiots!"
Aoki and Yamashita leave the ring.
Natsuko: "What's wrong with those guys? They're making me sick. Let's wrap this up. Ryuka, go ahead."
Ryuka: "Huh, what should I do?"
Ozaki Mayumi of OZ Academy appears.
Natsuko: "That's enough, you bastards!"
Ozaki: "You guys are amazing. Amazing, congratulations. You can become champions with that level of skill. How lame! Don't get too cocky. 10/19 OZ Academy, Yokohama Budokan. Seikigun, I've come to tell you your rules. Listen carefully. Fouls and weapons are OK. Seconds are OK. We do it all the time. Also, it's 4 against 4, and the loser leaves. Not just leaves, they'll be handcuffed."
Natsuko: "So the loser is forced to just sit there and watch?"

Natsuko: "Do you remember the conditions you set?"

Natsuko: "Go home."

Ozaki leaves the ring.

Lady: "Ami, thank you for today. Even though I look like this, I'm really glad I challenged for the Goddess title. I'm battered and bruised, but Reiwa Tokyo Towers will definitely get back up no matter how many times we have to get back up, we'll challenge again
" Sorei: "I think this match was a huge step for Reiwa Tokyo Towers, so we'll take down all those guys who are called tag team specialists and challenge again. Make sure you protect your BMI of 2000!"
