Konami, Rina, and Fukigen Desu★ will clash with HANAKO, Tsukiyama Wakana, and Rian for the Artist of Stardom Championship. On November 30th in Hamamatsu, Tsukiyama Wakana and Rian defeated Konami and Rina, with Tsukiyama quickly defeating Rina, thus earning them a challenge for the Artist of Stardom Championship and setting up this title match. In Hamamatsu, Maika, who announced her return at this event, gave them a pep talk, so it remains to be seen whether this will be an E neXus V comeback festival. Of course, the champions, H.A.T.E., will be looking to get their revenge. So, what will become of the Artist of Stardom Championship?
"Let's go!" Tsukiyama commands and charges forward, sending H.A.T.E. out of the ring, and Tsukiyama and Rian fly with a plancha. HANAKO brings Rina back into the ring, and the trio attacks. HANAKO dropped Tsukiyama with a hip drop, and Rian did a standing body press. As Rian ran, her second Natsuko pulled her leg, and the fight spilled outside the ring. Rina brought Rian back into the ring and did a hair whip, then stomped on her face. Konami and Fukigen also stomped on Rian's face. Konami took Rian's elbow strikes and stood up. Konami did a soccer ball kick to Rian and covered her with one leg. Fukigen attacked Rian by pinching her nose. Cornered, Rian did a dropkick to Fukigen earlier than usual. HANAKO did a series of shoulder tackles, and hit Fukigen with an Argentine backbreaker. Rina tried to break it up, but HANAKO did a running body attack on both of them and a dropkick to the other. HANAKO blocked Fukigen's eye poke and hit him with an elbow. Fukigen dodges HANAKO's charge and teams up with Rinami for a coordinated attack, followed by a sliding kick from Konami. Konami jumps on HANAKO and applies an armbar. HANAKO lifts her up and goes for a brainbuster. Konami gets up and delivers a back kick, but HANAKO counters with a big boot. Konami puts HANAKO in a sleeper hold and takes her back, with Fukigen following behind. HANAKO tries to counter but Fukigen and Konami kick her and then deliver a double German suplex. Konami also attempts a PK, but only gets a two count. HANAKO lifts Konami up and delivers a back drop. Konami counters with a high kick, and HANAKO lands a shoulder tackle. Tsukiyama throws Rinami, who is on the sidelines, down before delivering a corner hip attack and dropkick to Konami. Konami dodges the hip attack and lands a middle kick to the buttocks, followed by a PK. Rinami delivers a big boot and dropkick to Tsukiyama. Tsukiyama kicks out and 10 minutes have passed. Tsukiyama catches Rinami's big boot and rolls her up as she charges. Tsukiyama corners Rinami with a series of roll-ups. Konami interferes with Tsukiyama's charge and Rinami rolls her up. Rian delivers a series of dropkicks to Rinami. Rinami resists Rian's attempt at a body slam. However, Rian succeeds in the body slam. Rinami kicks out and Rian charges in the corner. Rinami dodges and H.A.T.E. delivers a series of corner attacks. Rinami lands a diving double knee drop. Rian kicks out and Rinami takes her to the ground with a Manji hold. She then goes for an armbreaker and heads to the corner. HANAKO and Tsukiyama stop her and Rinami taunts from the corner, "Come on." Rian delivers a superplex neckbreaker from the corner. She also lands a fisherman suplex but it is broken up.
Rian lunges forward, but Rina counters with a hip throw, H.A.T.E. launches a series of attacks, and Rina hits a Hydrangea. However, Tsukiyama makes a cut and 15 minutes have passed. Rina hits a Northern Lights, but Rian counters. Rina lands a diving double knee drop, but Rian's shoulders manage to get up. Rina pulls her up and gets into a Pink Devil stance before attempting a jackknife, but Rina reverses. Rina counters with a Pink Devil. However, HANAKO and Tsukiyama make a cut. Rina pulls up the sprawled Rina, but Rina rolls her up. Rina hits a face crusher, Tsukiyama and HANAKO team up, and Rina aims and leaps for a Hanaguruma. However, Rina counters. Konami attempts a missile kick, but Rina dodges it, causing it to hit her by mistake. HANAKO hits Fukigen and Konami out of the ring with a lariat. Rian jumps on and attempts a Hanaguruma, but it is countered at the last moment. Rian goes for a Fisherman Suplex on Rina. 20 minutes have passed and Rina lands a Big Boot. The trio combines for a Face Crusher. Rian counters, and Rina shouts "It's over!" and goes for a Hydrangea. However, HANAKO interferes. Rina then hits Rian with a Hydrangea. Rian gives up, and Rina wins.
Rinami: "The Artist title has been successfully defended for the second time! It's been a while since the last title defense, but I think everyone was able to reaffirm today how fun the Artist belt is, right? E neXus V, Rian, to be honest, I didn't think it would be this difficult. No matter how many times we fight, the bond of H.A.T.E. will never lose to you guys, and I will never lose to a brat like you. Come challenge me again as many times as you like, just make sure you don't get yelled at by Maika~"
Rian: "I've lost to my juniors and felt a lot of frustration. But I will move forward in my own way. So I haven't given up on wearing the belt. Rinami, I'll
come and take the belt again" Rinami: "That's a mic like you. The loser should just go home. Go home. We will take responsibility for making this Artist belt exciting again, so you guys look forward to it, that's all!"

Rina: "Artist, it's been a while since your last title defense, but you've successfully defended it for the second time, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations for either E neXus V or Rina herself, but in a good way you defied expectations with this fight, and I think it was fun, but if you stay silent like that as usual, Maika might get mad at you again, and we're always waiting for Artist to challenge for the belt, so we'll keep the excitement going from now on."
Fukigen: "Yes

Rian: "I'm frustrated. I'll do my best next time. People say that I say the same thing every time. I'm pretty aware of that myself, but I still want to win and I want to become stronger, so I'll keep saying it until I get the belt and keep winning. I really want to become stronger."
HANAKO: "Rian often says she wants to become stronger, but becoming stronger isn't easy, and with Maika and Gina back, E neXus V has to aim higher and higher. For that to happen, I think Rian needs to become stronger on her own. I want to bring out more of Rian's strength. Rian said on the mic that she wouldn't give up on the belt, and of course she hasn't given up. How about fighting me for this Future belt?"
