A four-way match featuring Kansai natives Saori Anno (Otsu), Mitsuyoshi Amasaki (Kyoto), HANAKO (Kyoto), and Aya Sakura (Kobe).
After cautiously feeling each other out, HANAKO delivers a shoulder tackle to Anno. Just when it seems HANAKO and Amasaki will team up, Amasaki rolls her up, enraging HANAKO. Sakura replies Kobe and Anno Shiga, to which Amasaki responds, "We (HANAKO) are from Kyoto," and rolls up Anno from behind. They all try to hold her down, but Anno breaks free. Amasaki and HANAKO attempt to team up, but Anno puts HANAKO in an Indian deathlock and Amasaki in a fisherman suplex, shouting, "Don't underestimate Shiga!" Sakura replies, "Don't lump us in with Shiga!" Annou appeals to Sakura, saying, "Sakura, you're one of us," but takes a middle kick from Sakura. Sakura charges at Annou but is dodged and hit with a neckbreaker. Tensaki interferes with Annou's dash from outside the ring. HANAKO hits Sakura with a body slam and a body press. Sakura kicks out and HANAKO gets into a Shirasagi stance. Sakura counters and Tensaki rolls them both up for a pin. Sakura and HANAKO kick out and team up. However, Sakura's high kick hits HANAKO and Annou hits them both with a missile kick. Annou and Tensaki grab each other's hair. After an exchange of elbows, Tensaki hits a series of blows and a DDT. Sakura jumped to the outside with a plancha. Amasaki followed suit. Sakura was brought back in, and Amasaki hit a facebuster. Sakura kicked out, and Amasaki went for a fisherman suplex. Sakura countered with a middle kick, but it was caught and she was hit with a fisherman suplex. Sakura climbed to the corner, and Anno and Amasaki followed, going for a superplex. HANAKO joined in and they all got a powerbomb. HANAKO charged at Amasaki and Anno but was dropped. Amasaki and Anno hit a double dropkick. Amasaki hit Anno with an Amanohashidate, but it was only a two count. Anno pinned her with a reverse pin and then a special pottering for the three count.
Anno: "Shiga is number one in Kansai! Thank you. There will be a tournament on February 20th at Ukaru-chan Arena in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Mitsuyoshi, what will you do if you lose?"
Amasaki: "Um, I will promote the Shiga tournament."
