HATE's Saya Kamitani and Momo Watanabe have declared their challenge for the Goddess of Destiny Championship (currently held by AZM and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki)
They faced wing☆gori, consisting of Hanan and Iida Saya, in a special tag team match. Kamitani and Watanabe, who had been at odds since a friendly fire incident, faced each other directly in a 5★STAR official match at Korakuen Hall on August 3rd. After a fierce battle that ended in a 15-minute time limit draw, they reconciled
Uetani and Watanabe launched a surprise attack disguised as a handshake, immediately taking the fight outside the ring. Even when Watanabe was caught in a coordinated attack by wing☆gori, Uetani stepped in to help, preventing any decisive opportunities. The back-and-forth battle continued with neither team giving an inch
After landing a combined dropkick on Iida, Kamitani followed up with a swan dive body attack. Even when they were in trouble after Hanan's plancha and Iida's rocket, they cleverly used the referee to their advantage and refused to give up the momentum
At a crucial moment, Kamiya and Watanabe teamed up in a scrum and executed a diving knee attack on the isolated Iida, and finally Kamiya delivered the finishing blow with a spinning star crusher
After the match, Kamitani called out to the Goddess Champions, 02line, saying, "You know what we want to do, right?" She then declared, "You two are wearing these friendly belts together, do you think they're just accessories? They'd be more valuable if we wore them."
Watanabe continued, "So, we're always the strongest, and we're always ready," proposing a title match at Yokohama Budokan on September 12th
Then Tensaki retorted, "This belt is an accessory? We haven't thought of it that way since we took it from BMI2000 (Tora Natsuko & Ruanka), and we've increased the value of the belt ourselves."
AZM also made a sarcastic remark, saying, "Did you say you're best friends? Didn't you two have a passionate singles match and hug each other tightly? You two are good friends too, aren't you?" before accepting the challenge, saying, "Fine, we'll do it. We don't need any emotional stuff."
Kamiya and Watanabe took the belts and beat up the champions, making a title match for the championship a certainty
