[Prohibited items and requests when visiting]

・Video Recording Prohibited
Video recording is strictly prohibited during the event . Please note that creating animated GIFs from photos taken in burst mode is also prohibited. If you are found to be recording video, your camera, mobile device, etc. will be confiscated until the end of the event, and will be returned to you after the memory has been erased in your presence.

Please refrain from actions that disrupt the event, such as touching players during entry/exit or while the event is in progress, or hurling insults

*If you do not listen to the staff's warnings, you may be asked to leave. Please note that in such cases we will not guarantee a refund of admission fees.

・Regarding the delivery of celebratory flower stands

Removal time: 22:00-22:30

*Please note that we cannot accept items that have not been notified in advance, or items sent only by courier without pickup by the vendor. In that case, we regret to inform you that the item will be returned to the sender.
*Please note that we cannot accept items from vendors who are unable to collect/remove the stand within the designated time on the day of the event.
*Please note that if the removal time is delayed due to the vendor's circumstances and an extension fee for venue usage time is incurred, the relevant fee will be charged to the vendor or the sender.

[Regarding visits from individuals suspected of having an infectious virus]
Please refrain from visiting if you have any of the following symptoms:
・Fever exceeding 37.5℃
・Cold symptoms such as cough and sore throat
・Lethargy (fatigue) and shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
・Abnormalities in sense of smell or taste
・Even if you enter the building, if symptoms such as a persistent cough are observed, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of our staff.
