<Ticket Purchase Notes>
◆Elementary, junior high, and high school students (ID will be checked upon entry)
- Only available to those who will be high school students or younger on the day of the tournament.
・Please respect the regulations of your local government regarding nighttime restrictions on minors.
◆U25 Seats (ID will be checked upon entry)
- Only available to those 25 years of age or younger on the day of the tournament.
◆Women-Only Seats
- Only available to women, regardless of age, including accompanying guests. Men accompanied by a female guest are not permitted.
◆Family Seats
- Up to four people per section. Seats are numbered four seats back from the listed seat number.
・All members must enter together. FC advance entry is only available if all members are paid FC members.
◆Wheelchair Guests
- Please purchase one of the following seats: Arena S Seats, Arena A Seats, Arena B Seats, Arena C Seats, or the front row seats in the 3rd floor stands. A staff member will guide you on the day.

<Regarding preschool children>
- Preschool children are admitted free of charge provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. If you require a seat, please purchase a ticket. (Up to one preschool child per parent is admitted free of charge)
- Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Preschool children are not permitted to watch alone.
*Children in elementary school and above are eligible for the "Elementary, Junior High, and High School Student Ticket."

- Regarding taking photos (still images)
When taking photos (still images), please take sufficient care to ensure that the customers will not be able to watch the game, front, back, left, or right.
Please refrain from leaving your seat, standing up, or holding the camera above your head.
*Please note that if we post images that we deem inappropriate on social media, we may prohibit further photography or refuse entry.
Please note that we will not be able to refund the admission fee.

- Video shooting is prohibited
. Video shooting is strictly prohibited during games or at merchandise stores.
Please note that the same is prohibited as the act of converting photos taken in continuous shots into anime gifs.
Please note that if you film a video, the cameras, mobile devices, etc. that were filmed will be temporarily confiscated until the end of the match, and the memory will be erased and returned in the customer's presence.

・Regarding celebratory flower stands [If you wish to have a flower stand, balloon stand, etc. at the venue]

・Consideration for other customers
If you are observed to be acting in a way that interferes with the viewing of other customers, staff may call out to you and warn you.
・Getting too excited and holding a cheering item higher than your head throughout the game.
・Swinging a cheering item around and hitting the customer sitting next to you.
・Wearing a cap or hat with a brim can interfere with or block the view of other customers when moving your head.
・Being extremely drunk and shouting. Standing up or leaving your seat. Making movements that interfere with the viewing of other customers.

・Any behavior that may disrupt the match
, such as touching players when entering or leaving the stadium or during the match, or yelling insults, etc. Please refrain from such behavior.
*If you do not heed the warnings of staff, you may be asked to leave the stadium. Please note that in such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund of the admission fee.
